“Our room was comfortable, quiet and spotless. The breakfasts delicious, plentiful and expertly prepared by Julie. Both Julie and Danny are super nice and great hosts. This is a beautiful place, both the home and grounds. It was nice that coffee, beverages and snacks were available in the dining room at all times. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage! The place was comfortable and clean. It’s very close to Keuka State Park, which was a great place for short hikes. We also visited a couple local wineries, but we visited in the off season so many were only open on the weekends. The only thing that wasn’t great was the sulfur taste and smell in the water. The brita pitcher provided helped a lot. We would definitely stay again. ”

“Cozy, Charming Cabin in a Tranquil Setting My husband and I and our two pupsters enjoyed a wonderful three-day getaway here (only wish it were longer). The cozy, lovingly decorated cabin is located on a secluded, tranquil property with lots of land for long walks. Kathy and Ted Grey are wonderful hosts (this was our second stay at one of their cabins). The Greys are friendly and responsive with helpful suggestions for places to visit. We left rested and refreshed with two tired fur babies who……

“The house was fantastic. It was well stocked, very clean, and the welcome basket was a very nice surprise. We have been to the Finger Lakes 4 years in a row now and this location was perfect for all of the wineries around Pan Yan.The only thing that was different was that there were zero tv’s in the house. It does say it in the description of the house house, but it was odd. Overall this is a great place to stay, well worth the price, and we would definitely stay there again. ”

“The place was clean. However, there was a note that said they can't guarantee the bedding was clean, and also to save sheets for the next guest? That was very off putting from the start. And the bed was covered in a plastic bag that was noisy whenever you moved. Although the place was somewhat secluded, there were no shades or curtains for privacy and to block the early morning sun. The water had a strong sulfur smell and not drinkable. Fortunately I had bottled water in the car.”

“My husband and I stayed one night and were very excited to stay in our first tiny house. We were quickly disappointed to find there was no body wash or soap. After inquiring and being told where extras were, to find there was none, the owner’s response was basically a lighthearted “I guess the previous guests took it with them and I’ll be sure to restock it in the future”. Not helpful for our stay at all. The toilet seat was broken, and its bowl disgusting. The bathroom door came off its track……

“Unfortunately, the house was filthy when we checked in. The floors and bathrooms were dirty, as was the kitchen. We overcame this, as the house at the lake was spectacular with a refrigerator, bathroom ice maker and barbecue. We were able to spend long periods of time at the lake without climbing back to the main house. Additionally, there is no outdoor lighting on the deck at the main house so we were unable to have dinner outside. It would have been helpful to know that the barn was also a……

“The apartment was a great place for a quick getaway. The view of the lake was beautiful and the ability to use the firepit in the evening made our stay extra special. The apartment was clean with a functioning kitchen and close to several wineries. Host was friendly and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Everything was excellent. All bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas as listed. Fireplace in main living area not working yet. Owner did work with us and should have it repaired later in January. The kids had a great time! Loved the bunk bed room, air hockey table, hot tub, able to sled down the hill in front yard. Saw lots of deer out back every morning. Everything was clean. Had all the dishes, supplies needed to make a few meals. Large open living space on main floor which was great for……
